Acne Research Labs ships via the United States Postal Service (US Mail). To protect your privacy, orders are discretely packaged with no indication of the contents inside. All orders are sent with a delivery confirmation receipt. Although a signature is not required for US Mail shipments, delivery confirmation is recorded by the Post Office and the delivery date is acknowledged at the first attempt to deliver.

• We encourage you to enter a valid email address on the order form so we can send you a confirmation email to let you know that your order was received.
• When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a shipping confirmation. This email will include a receipt for your purchase.

  When can I expect my order?

  1. Standard orders will arrive in about 10 business days from the time your order is placed.
  2. Rush orders are processed within 24-hours of receipt and delivered within 3-4 business days. Rush orders received on weekends and Holidays will process the next business day.
  3. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or tariffs imposed by their respective government regulatory agencies.
  4. Delivery confirmation is included for all US Mail packages and the delivery date is acknowledged at the first attempt to deliver. US Mail provides Saturday delivery.
  5. We cannot replace lost or stolen packages when delivery has been confirmed by the US Post Office.
  6. A valid email address will allow us to send you a receipt. Acne Research Labs values your privacy and your email address will never be shared or sold.

  When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form and decoded after we receive it. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when we forward it to the merchant.
