Step 1- Essential Cleanser: Apply a penny-sized amount of Essential Cleanser to fingertips or clean wash cloth and gently massage onto skin twice daily. Rinse well with cool water and pat dry. For best results, follow with Acne Research Labs Essential Toner.

Step 2 - Essential Toner: Apply a penny-sized amount to a clean cotton ball and gently massage onto clean skin twice daily to remove trace impurities. Do not rinse. Skin should feel clean & smooth. If sticky, then you have applied too much. For best results, follow with Acne Research Labs Essential Lotion.

Step 3 - Essential Lotion: Apply a pea-sized amount of Essential Lotion to fingertips and gently massage a thin, even layer onto acne-prone areas twice daily. Do not rinse. If sticky after absorbing, then you have applied too much. Women can follow with an oil-free makeup as desired.
